10:30 – 12:00 Improver’s Session – Dave has carefully designed a session to give a fantastic introduction to adopting new techniques which will really help you improve your climbing. Suitable for those who’ve mastered the basic climbing skills and would like to learn some techniques.

1:00 – 2:30 Advanced Session – Is your climbing stuck in a rut? This session is designed to help you hone your techniques and move your climbing forward. Suitable for those currently climbing 6b / V4 and above.

Places on each course cost £25 each.
